05/05/2010 - Foxborough, MA (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Jesus Padilla scored two goals and Justin Braun added a goal and two assists to lead Chivas USA to a dominating 4-0 win over the New England Revolution at Gillette Stadium on Wednesday night.

The Revs conclude a three-game home stand with 0-2-1 record, and are now 2-4-1 overall.

Chivas USA, on the other hand, improves to 3-3-1 while extending its current unbeaten run to three games.

The Goats got things started in the 26th minute when Padilla added his first goal of the game. A Zach Thornton goal kick was flicked into the area by Braun, and Padilla slid past defender Kevin Alston, who slipped to the ground trying to clear, and slotted home for his second goal of the season.

Just two minutes later New England midfielder Marko Perovic earned a red card for an elbow to the side of the head of Chivas USA's Ben Zemanski, who he was battling in the midfield. Zemanski also received a yellow card on the play.

Chivas USA put the pedal down, playing up a man, with Braun taking advantage of the shaky New England defense five minutes later to make it 2-0.

Braun took a pass from Mariano Trujillo at the top of the Revs' area and squeezed between central defenders Pat Phelan and Corey Gibbs before slotting past goalkeeper Preston Burpo.

The Goats made it 3-0 shortly after the break on a play started by Braun at the top of the Revs' area again. Braun held up before playing a square ball to midfielder Sacha Kljestan, who then laid off to Padilla for an easy tap-in goal.

Chivas USA rookie Blair Gavin added his first career MLS goal in the last 10 minutes to close out the scoring.

Both teams are back in action on Saturday, with Chivas USA hosting the Houston Dynamo, and New England traveling to take on the Columbus Crew.
